Fraud Investigation Report

When fraud unfolds across weeks of messages, several websites, and multiple payments, the full picture is hard for anyone to see — including the bank, police officer, or lawyer you eventually ask for help. A fraud investigation report turns that scattered history into a single, organised document.

We reconstruct what happened from your evidence and from publicly available information, and we present it in a format designed to be read and acted on by the institutions that hold real powers. The report is documentation, not a recovery action: its value is in making your case clear, complete, and usable.

What you receive

  • A reconstructed timeline of the incident, from first contact to the present, with each event tied to its supporting evidence
  • Documentation of the entities involved: websites, company names, registration details, contact identities, and accounts, based on your evidence and public records
  • A payment-flow analysis describing each transfer you made, the channel used, and where the funds went as far as available information allows
  • A section of open questions — the facts we could not verify and the gaps a bank, regulator, or investigator may wish to pursue
  • Suggested next steps mapped to the appropriate channels, such as your bank, card issuer, police, or national regulator

Who it is for

  • Victims preparing to report a scam to police or a regulator and wanting a coherent account of events to submit
  • People whose bank or card issuer has asked for a clearer explanation of what happened before considering a dispute
  • Individuals or families untangling a long-running scam involving many messages, platforms, and payments
  • Lawyers or advisers who need the factual background of a client's case organised before taking it further

Process

How this service works

  1. Free initial assessment

We start with a no-cost review of your case to confirm a report would genuinely add value. If it would not, we tell you and suggest where to go instead.

  2. Written scope and quote

If a report makes sense, you receive a defined scope and a fixed quote in writing before any paid work begins. We never charge a percentage of any recovered amount.

  3. Evidence review and research

An analyst works through your messages, receipts, and records, cross-references publicly available information about the entities involved, and documents each finding with its source.

  4. Report delivery and walkthrough

You receive the finished report and a plain-language walkthrough of what it contains, what remains unverified, and which channels the suggested next steps point to.

Honest limitations

  • The report is documentation. It does not recover funds, reverse transactions, freeze accounts, or compel anyone to act, and no outcome from using it can be promised.
  • Findings rely on the evidence you provide and on publicly available information; some facts about the people behind a scam may be impossible to establish from either.
  • Whether a bank, regulator, or police force acts on the report is entirely their decision — where formal action is needed, those bodies and an independent lawyer are the right channels.
